This page is that promise: a space to be fully yourself - LGBTQIA+ and whole - free from judgement, shame, or pressure to fit anyone else’s idea of “normal”.
As a counsellor, I am committed to offering a grounded, affirming space where your identity is respected, your experiences are believed, and your voice is central.
Therapy with me is not about fixing who you are—it's about understanding what you've been through and how it has shaped you.
Coming out and being "out enough":
The pressure to come out, stay out, or hide parts of yourself in different spaces.
Therapy with me is not about fixing who you are—it’s about understanding what you’ve been through and how it has shaped you.
Respect for your language: We use the words that feel right for you. If that changes over time, we adapt together.
No pressure to educate: This is not a classroom where you have to justify your identity. You don’t need to be a spokesperson for the whole community.
Room for anger, grief, and joy:
You can bring your rage at injustice, your grief for what you didn’t get, and your joy in who you are becoming.
To offer you a space where you can breathe, soften, and be fully yourself—LGBTQIA+ and unapologetically human.
When you’re ready, we can begin.
